is currently looking for a Chief Retail Officer [CRO] for one of our partners, a very well-known Company.

Job Summary:
Our Partner is looking for a Chief Retail Officer who will provide the leadership, direction and Oversee operations of all offline retail formats within the company's ecosystems including defining expansion strategy and its execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, monitoring, and ensuring strategy implementation:
  • Holds overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering the organization's global sales strategy for multiple business
  • Sets the directions / inspires people / Drive and change the mindset & culture and / change the execution mechanisms to achieve business results.
  • Motivates and leads a high-performance management team; attracts, recruits, and retains required members of the team; provides mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
  • Ensures high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency and integration in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the organization.
  • Fosters continuous process improvement via collaborating with the concerned parties to identify opportunities for process improvement. Facilitates successful implementation of new programs by ensuring a well-defined, efficient integrated process is in place for launch.
  • Ensures enabling environment for world class customer experience through excellent customer journeys high level of customer satisfaction and delight

  • Leading all Retail Sales & Operations aspects for all type of formats:
  • Direct, plan, and lead the implementation of the policies, objectives, or activities of Retail’s division to ensure achieving business objectives.
  • Direct the development of annual and longer-term business plans for a strategic function, ensuring alignment with strategy; quantify business outcomes (i.e., revenues or other KPIs)
  • Leading the developing of operational standards and oversee retail compliance effort to ensure that all sales operations are operate according to this standard and to improve employee’s productivity
  • Lead the execution of the Customer Experience framework, strategizing the consumer process and journey
  • Review Retail Sector Operational Policies and Procedures Manual and monitors their ongoing implementation. Incorporates all changes upon their occurrence and ensures clear communication of those changes to the relevant departments and subordinates.
  • Represent the organization in external relations with investors, clients, the public and others. Will focus on a strategic function or one of more businesses that have global reach, or on smaller, less complex businesses, or on large, relatively autonomous subsidiaries
  • Manage and report on business performance; hold direct reports accountable for achievement of business plans and take corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of business objectives, balancing the need to deliver short term business objectives with the longer-term delivery of stakeholder value.
  • Identify the capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs of a significant function. Evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize development activities. Embed personal development and the fulfillment of personal potential in the culture of the organization. Build capabilities elsewhere in the organization through mentoring and other informal methods.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • MBA holder is highly preferred.
  • 15+ Years of experience
  • Proven work experience as a CRO and /OR Retail director or another senior role in similar field
  • Ability to work across the key channels (retail, wholesale, online) and functions of the business
  • Strong people management skills and confidence in leadership style and approach
  • Extremely strong communication (verbal, written, graphic) skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Strong understanding of financial reports, analytic methods, and financial data tools are often required
  • High level of numerical ability
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • High emotional intelligence
