Content Creation Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join Love Anchor as a Content Creation Specialist. You will be responsible for creating engaging creative content that resonates with Love Anchor’s audience across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content ideas in line with the brand's image and values
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and website
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Conduct research on trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments
- Work with the design team to develop visual assets such as graphics, videos, and animations
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with innovative ideas that align with the brand's vision
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and reach
- Attend and cover events to create relevant content for the brand
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to relocate to Bali
- 2+ years of experience in content creation
- Strong eye for design, writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software for creating visual content
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices
- In-depth understanding of current social media trends, consumer behavior, and have a proven track record of success in creating compelling social media content.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
