The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and well-presented Night Porter to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. We are looking for a passionate and friendly receptionist who will act as a Brand Ambassador, offering exceptional customer service to both our clients and colleagues.
Reporting to the Head Concierge, the Night Porter responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following tasks and performances:
- To ensure guest privacy and security and make sure that confidential information is not disclosed
- To ensure the correct procedure and policy standards are adhered to greet our guest, to open doors and handle luggage and record the details in the correct manner
- To handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests and inquiries, taking the necessary action steps and ensuring thorough follow through
- To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported immediately and rectified
The successful Receptionist will:
- experience in a similar role, preferably having previously worked for a luxury brand.
- Be passionate about customer satisfaction and endeavour to create the perfect customer experience.
- Have strong communication skills, attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Have an enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude and excellent team player.
