Working at Macaw as a Resource Planner

As a Resource Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring tight and effective planning based on customer requirements and available personnel capacity. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate insights on billability and availability, participating in capacity and demand forecasting, and actively contributing to employee satisfaction and optimal capacity utilization. You will act as the key point of contact between service line managers, technical service leads, and employees for planning requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement precise and efficient resource planning strategies based on requested headcount, workforce capacity, and the timely deployment of employees.
  • Collaborate closely with service line managers and the core team within the service line.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on resource planning activities, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Take ownership of demand forecasting processes to anticipate future resource requirements.
  • Oversee the timekeeping process to accurately track and manage employee availability and utilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor+
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an international organization.
  • You have knowledge of and experience with ICT processes, particularly Microsoft stack.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Business Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive personality with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in English, both written and verbal.
